Dr. Kristy Phuong Nguyen, OD
Dr. Kristy Phuong Nguyen graduated from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA in 2000 and served her residency at Dorchester House Health Center in MA. She began her career practicing in NY before moving back to CT. Along with her husband and brother, they established Dental & Vision Associates in 2003. She enjoys practicing full scope family practice optometry and is passionate about caring for her patients. Dr. Nguyen strives to be innovative and continues to keep up with the changing trends in healthcare to help diagnose and treat vision conditions that can affect the daily life of adults and children. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
Dr. Tai Nguyen, OD
Dr. Tai Nguyen graduated from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA in 2000. Since graduation, he has been practicing in Connecticut, his home state. He co-partnered with his sister and formed Dental & Vision Associates in 2003 to provide patients with quality vision care. He is committed to continuing education as new procedures in eye care progress. He enjoys playing tennis and spending quality time with his wife and three children.

Dr. James Hai Nguyen, DMD
Dr. James Hai Nguyen graduated from Tufts University of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA in 1998 and served his residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. He opened Dental & Vision Associates in 2003; a family dental practice geared towards providing patients with the highest quality dental in a comfortable setting. Expanding his service, he opened a second location in 2016. Elite Dental is located in Cromwell, CT. Dr. Nguyen is dedicated to his career and provides his patients with a gentle, caring, comprehensive approach to oral health. During his free time, he enjoys cruising, fishing and spending time with his wife and three children.
Dr. Ly Hopkins, DMD
Dr. Ly Hopkins graduated from Tufts University of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA in 2012, Since graduation, she has been practicing in Connecticut. She joined Dental & Vision Associates in 2012 and provides her patients with comprehensive dental care. She is committed to continuing education due to her passion in the dental field. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and three children.
Dr. Cyanka Dsouza, DMD
Dr. Cyanka Dsouza graduated from University of Medicine & Dentistry (UMDNJ) in Newark, NJ in 2013, She joined Dental & Vision Associates in 2014 and provides her patients with the highest quality in dental services available. She is committed to continuing education to stay current with changes in the dental field. She enjoys traveling, watching movies and spending time with her husband and two children.
Dr. Megha Jain, DMD
Dr. Megha Jain graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University in India with her B.D.S in 2007. After starting off her career in India, she then graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2016 and began practicing General Dentistry between Maryland and Connecticut. Residing in Connecticut since 2018, she continued her career and began volunteering at the non-profit organization, Mission of Mercy. She joined Dental and Vision Associates in 2024 with nearly two decades of experience. Dr. Jain is committed to expanding her knowledge with continuing education courses that allow her to continually deliver exceptional services and innovative procedures. She delivers compassion and meticulous care to her patients through her unwavering passion for dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband, crafting, watching TV & painting.
